A Fast and Easy Recipe: Oven-Baked BBQ Pork Ribs
Craving delicious BBQ pork ribs but don't have access to a grill? The game is on and you can't monitor the kitchen? This is how you get restaurant quality ribs, right in your oven.
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of pork ribs
- Your favorite rub
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
- Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 360°F (182°C).
- Use a sharp knife to remove the membrane on the bone side of the ribs.
- In a small bowl, pour a generous portion of rub, depends on how your taste, and how big the rack of ribs is.
- Coat the ribs with a thin layer of olive oil. You can use a brush, but personally I just put on some disposable gloves, dump a small amount of oil on my hands and go to town. Make sure you get both sides.
- Add the rub onto the ribs, make sure to hit all sides, including the edges.
- Wrap the rack completely in aluminum foil.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 360F for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, take the ribs out and uncover the top. Brush over the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce or glaze. Pre-heat the oven to 420F.
- Cook the ribs at 420F for 10 minutes.
That's it. It cannot get any easier than this.
