Salmon with Lemon, Honey, and Butter as a Vietnamese Beer Food

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets with skins
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Scallions or dills for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the salmons with salt and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil to a pan and turn on high heat. Sear both side of the salmons on high heat for 2 minutes per side. 
  3. In a small bowl, add lemon juice, honey and butter and microwave for 1 minute.
  4. Drizzle the lemon, butter mix onto the salmons. Bring the pan back to low heat and close it with a tight lid.
  5. Bake the salmons in lidded pan for 10 minutes.
  6. Add some minced scallions or dills for garnish
  7. Serve hot and enjoy with an ice-cold beer!
